Plot Summary

The 118 has a hectic day when a college student living a double life as a media influencer cannot be located after falling in a sauna and a reality TV wedding turns chaotic after the groom collapses and is determined to be suffering from a rare anatomical condition. May is told her deference is ending and she must either leave the call center or lose her spot at USC. Karen starts feeling her age when she sees how much older she is than her colleagues at work, and tries to feel younger by taking Hen to unique places and exhibits until her purse is stolen after one such trip. The 118 responds to a woman who fell into an old underground military fortress while hiking with her daughters. The woman refuses to be transported until she speaks to her kids but ends up succumbing to her injuries after she does so. Maddie starts feeling like a bad mother because she missed so many milestones in Jee-Yun’s life while she was in Boston. Hen and Karen manage to track down the purse thief at a nightclub after one of Hen’s credit cards are also used, giving Karen the adrenaline she so desperately needed. The episode ends with Chimney and Maddie happily witnessing Jee-Yun eating her food by herself for the first time.
